Besides bad weather, and sudden cold, Director AHS Foundation Mr. Aref had been busy observing the activities at AHS Basic Health Centre Noonbagla.
Randomly he met with common men and asked for their opinions.
He also asked questions for EMI program, and thoroughly observed the vaccines and their protective arrangements.
