Road to BHC Noon Bagla has been closed due to heavy snowfall started with rain in the morning. More than a foot deep snow has coverd the village. Surrounding hills summits have more snow deeper the foot and a half to two feet.

First Snowfall of the winter. The reagion had been facing a drought like situration this year reasoning shortage of drinking water and dry streams. The first snowfall of the season started this morning two and a half inches deep covered the ground.
